Josh W. Mack has practiced law in Colorado since 2006. After law school, he clerked for Judge Lael Montgomery of the 20th Judicial District and then spent nearly two decades in private practice before opening the Law Office of Josh W. Mack, PLLC in 2026.
His practice includes general commercial litigation, insurance defense, real property matters, probate and trusts, land use, and real estate transactions. He also represents developers, assists banks with commercial loans and public finance lending, and has represented local governments in various capacities.
Mr. Mack earned B.A. degrees in Economics and Geology from Colorado College, graduating cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado.
