Josh Mack has 20 years of experience practicing a wide variety of civil law. After law school, he clerked for Judge Lael Montgomery of the 20th Judicial District for one year and then spent 18 years in private practice at Goldman, Robbins & Nicholson, PC/ Goldman, Nicholson & Mack, PC. When that firm dissolved in 2026, he opened the Law Office of Josh W. Mack, PLLC.
His litigation practice includes general commercial litigation, insurance defense, and a wide variety of real property issues including boundary and easement disputes, restrictive covenants, foreclosures, landlord/tenant, probate and trusts, and land use.
Mr. Mack also represents buyers and sellers in commercial, residential and ranch real estate transactions. He represents developers in acquisition of property, securing entitlements, and drafting governing documents for real estate development. He assists banks with commercial loans and public finance lending. He has also represented local governments in various capacities.
When he is not practicing law, you can find Mr. Mack whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, or camping with his family.
